Founded in 2016, AQULTURE Pte. Ltd. is the holding entity behind a growing family of businesses — the Q companies. We don't advise from the sidelines. We build. We take equity stakes and active operating roles, embedding ourselves as co-founders and operators from Day 1.

His background combines hands-on operational build-out across Singapore and Southeast Asia with established government relationships — the two capabilities that most ventures lack on Day 1. As CEO, he provides both strategic direction and operational leadership, ensuring portfolio companies are not just well-advised but well-run. Anders has built and scaled ventures across electric mobility, digital marketing, AI automation and business services.
